Floating bushing guides
All Bright-Racing-Shocks forks are equipped with floating bushing guides.
This design guarantees a very high self-alignment precision of the guide bushings together with a large distance between the two bushings. The precision and torsional rigidity of Bright-Racing-Shocks forks is unique in the panorama of upside-down forks also thanks to this particular architecture.
We develop all alignment systems in-house and use high precision tools of our own design for assembly to ensure highly refined fits.
When you drive a Bright-Racing-Shock around corners or on very bumpy tracks you can clearly feel the difference.

The BRIGHT-RS systems are characterized by a highly evolved and balanced damping system. They are designed to ensure great sensitivity and not fall into the error of requiring the spring to do all the absorption work (as occurs in less sophisticated systems). This eliminates the static sag which does not give any advantage to the driver who has a certain level of driving performance. All this makes the front end much more manageable and responsive.
Static sag in a commercial fork takes about 20-40mm off active travel. In this way 150 mm of travel becomes approximately 120 mm before use.
Thanks to this special technology, a 130mm BRIGHT-RS is "fuller" in terms of usable travel than a commercial 150mm fork. It turns out to be more balanced in terms of front axle height but with the addition of a much more efficient damping system.
The static lowering that is obtained with a Bright-Racing-Shocks will be very low (up to 10-15 mm) while maintaining a very dynamic control of the lowering of the ground.
The superiority in every situation is evident: a less oscillating front end, more stable and directional, more reactive while driving.

It is the heart of all BRIGHT-RS forks.
ACAD is a high efficiency preloaded cartridge that offers the best performance currently available in MTB suspensions in terms of damping speed and reactivity and is especially engineered to manage the anti-cavitation effect, one of the major limitations of normal hydraulic cartridges in MTB forks.
It is to the ACAD system that we owe the great precision of our forks even under maximum load.

Our hollow air spring is designed and developed with exactly this goal.
The CHPC design offers a hollow chamber with a ring section, where the central zone is inactive and offers the best solution between diameter and volume. This results in a great reaction elasticity.
